Koobi's Return Policy

Any saddle purchased directly from Koobi can be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the packing slip for a full refund of the purchase price of the saddle.
No Exceptions: Koobi must receive saddle within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Any saddle purchased directly from Koobi can be returned between 31 and 60 days of the date printed on the packing slip for a 60% refund of the purchase price of the saddle.
No Exceptions: Koobi must receive saddle between 31 and 60 days of purchase to be eligible for a 60% refund.

Any saddle purchased directly from Koobi can be returned between 61 and 90 days of the date printed on the packing slip for a 30% refund of the purchase price of the saddle.
No Exceptions: Koobi must receive saddle between 61 and 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a 30% refund
