Our Comfort Guarantee

You can’t tell if a saddle fits your body just by looking at it in a box — you have to actually ride it. That’s why we want you to put our saddles to the test. Bolt it on, hit your local routes, and ride it as much as you can. If it isn’t giving you the comfort or relief you expected, send it back within your trial period for a full refund of the purchase price.

• US orders: 30-day trial window.

• International orders: 45-day trial window.

Your trial starts from the date on your packing slip. We just ask that the saddle isn’t crashed or structurally damaged.

Before you send it back…

A tiny adjustment to your saddle’s tilt or fore/aft position can completely change how it feels on a long ride. If you’re struggling with the fit, give us a call at (719) 484-0477 before shipping it back. We can usually help you tweak the setup — or talk through swapping to a different Koobi model that better suits your riding style.

Late returns

If life gets in the way and you miss the initial trial window, we still offer partial refunds based on the date on your packing slip:

• 60% refund — received between 31–60 days (or 46–60 days for international orders).

• 30% refund — received between 61–90 days.

We can’t accept returns or offer refunds after 90 days, or on saddles with major crash damage.

Warranty

Koobi saddles are warranted against manufacturer defects for one year. This covers normal use — not abuse, incorrect use, or crashes. Warranty claims must be submitted to the place of purchase along with proof of purchase. At its sole discretion, Koobi may replace, repair, or deny a claim.
